Shipping Policy

Shipping rates and delivery estimates

• Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.
• The Delivery Time is calculated based on the shipping date, not the order date. The actual shipping date can be delayed due to invalid shipping addresses, weekends/holidays, etc.

Handling Time:

We need 24h to 48h to prepare your order, most of the packages will be shipped out within 24 hours except weekends and holidays.

Track your order

Once your order is shipped, you will receive an email from us containing the tracking information. Tracking information is also available on your "Order Details" page.

Shipping areas

Products can be delivered to most countries in Europe as follows, and more countries will be supported soon: Germany, Austria, France, Hungary, Ireland, Italy, Belgium, Finland, Netherlands, Luxembourg, Portugal, Sweden, Switzerland, Spain, Greece, Romania, Slovenia.

However, delivery is currently not available to the following regions: Faroe Islands (FO) and Greenland (GL) of Denmark; French overseas territories and departments (97–98); Mount Athos in Greece (63087, 63086); Livigno (23030) and Campione d’Italia (22060 or CH-6911) in Italy; non-European territories of the Netherlands (Aruba (AW) and the Netherlands Antilles); Ceuta/Melilla (51/52) and the Canary Islands (IC, 35–38) in Spain; Northern Cyprus (99010–99810).

Shipping Carriers

We work with DPD, Hermes UK and DHL to make sure your order will arrive on time.

Shipping origin

The package for UK will be shipped from our UK warehouses. Packages for other European countries will be shipped from our warehouses in Germany or France closest to your location.
